سورۃ المآیِدہ
آیت 5
بسم اللّہ الرحمن الرحیم
اللّہ کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم کرنیوالا ہے
آج پاکیزہ چیزیں تم پر حلال کر دی گئی ہیں’ اور جن لوگوں کو کتاب دی گئی ان کا کھانا تمہارے لیے حلال ہے’ اور تمہارا کھانا ان کیلیے حلال ہے’ اور مسلمان پاکدامن عورتیں اور اہلِ کتاب کی پاکدامن عورتیں بھی مہر دینے کے بعد تم پر نکاح کیلیے حلال ہیں نہ کہ کھلی بدکاری یا چھپی دوستی کرنے کیلیے ‘ اور جو کوئ ماننے سے انکاری ہوا تو اس نے اپنے اعمال ضائع کر دیے اور ایسے لوگ آخرت میں نقصان اٹھانے والے ہیں
Surah Al Maedah
verse 5
In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful
All the good things, today, have been made lawful unto you, and the food of those who have been given Scripture is permitted to you and your food has been permitted to them, and good Muslim women and good women of them who have been given scripture before you are lawful unto you, when you have paid their dowers, for marriage but neither for fornication nor for to make secret girlfriends, and whosoever will deny to admit, he certainly has destroyed his deeds and he will be amongst losers in hereafter.
