  5. Try to walk during Eid days: Eid holidays are no reason to put your exercise rituals (if you have any) on hold. Light to moderate exercise and walk with at least 12-15 glasses of clear water will enable your stomach to work properly on Eid-ul-Azha and at the same time, will make it function to digest the food fast.
  6. Fix time of meal: One of the abuses we find in our society is lack of routine in eating food specially on the occasion like Eid. You should keep your routine intact even during Eid to be healthy.
  7. Take a break between meals: The delay between two consecutive meals should not be less than 6 hours at least. It allows the food to be digested properly.
  8. Eat more vegetables: To avoid constipation ample consumption of fruits and vegetables alongside meat is highly recommended. Include plenty of salads when having large meals of meat.
  9. Ask for Green Tea after meal: If you know pre-hand that you’ll be invited to places on Eid and thus cannot avoid meat, then allow yourself for better health tips to be included in the diet plan. Asking for a cup of lemon juice or green tea can help increase the metabolism rate. Tea can also be taken but without sugar.

Therefore, it is recommended highly that you do not eat much meat on Eid ul Adha so that you enjoy your Eid with fun, joy and viewing all the ritualistic pride in the essence of this festival. Remember, if you want to avoid all these problems, then do not eat extensive amount of meat on Eid ul Adha.
